Warranty period and repair
The warranty period for the product is calculated from the day of its delivery to the consumer. The warranty repair (maintenance) period is fourteen days from the date of the consumer's appeal to the seller (manufacturer, service center) or by agreement of the parties at another time.
The consumer loses the right to warranty repair (maintenance) in case of detection of defects in the product caused by the fault of the consumer (violation of requirements for storage, commissioning, and use of the product as intended) or lack of seals provided for in the operating documents.
