Brought home a brand new HATOR Rockfall 2 keyboard but can’t get it working - don't be discouraged! There is one important detail to check! Make sure that the Type-C connector of the cable is fully inserted into the keyboard as shown in the photo below:
The connector’s grooves reliably fix the cable and significantly increase the service life of the connector. Be sure to add a little more force when inserting the connector.
