If your HATOR Truedots appear as two identical headsets via Bluetooth, pairing is required.
To pair the two earbuds, take them out of the case and double-tap the touch button on the right earbud. After 20-30 seconds, put them in the case. After that, take them out and check if the pairing was successful and that both headphones are working in tandem.
For the HTA-411 model - disconnect the earbuds from all devices if connected and press 4 times on the right earbud, wait for the signal("pairing") to confirm pairing.
