We advise you to follow some basic tips for taking care of your e-scooter so that it serves you for as long as possible and remains safe:

Battery charging: Check the battery level regularly and charge it when necessary. Do not leave the battery discharged for a long period of time. If you do not plan to use the scooter in the off-season, we recommend keeping the battery charge at 50%

Storage: When you are not using the electric scooter, store it in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Cleaning: After each ride, remove dirt and dust from the surface of the electric scooter. Use a soft cloth or napkin for this. Do not use a high-pressure washer for washing.

Lubrication: Regularly inspect and lubricate the steering column, brake mechanisms, and other moving parts that may experience friction. For no reason, do not lubricate the brake pads.

Safety parts: Check the condition of the brakes, headlight, brake light, steering lock, and other safety parts. They should be in proper working condition for your safety and the safety of those around you.

Tires: Check tire pressure periodically and add air if necessary. We advise you to keep the pressure at a level of 3.5 bar to 4 bar.

Replacement of parts: If you notice any signs of wear or damage on parts such as brakes, tires, lights, etc., it is recommended to replace them in a timely manner.

Personal safety: Do not forget about safety when using your electric scooter. Use protective equipment such as a helmet, gloves, and goggles.

Traffic rules: Always obey traffic rules and safety requirements. Use bike lanes where possible.

Service and maintenance: Have your electric scooter serviced regularly by a specialist service center to ensure that all systems are working properly.

Remember that proper care of your electric scooter will help maintain its functionality and ensure your safety during use.
